This initial private session gives us an opportunity assess your body and movement patterns, as well as teach you the foundational principles of Pilates and orient you with the apparatus, so that you can move safely and effectively in group classes.

At Element Pilates, our team strives for each individual to feel seen and cared for. During your initial private, we will be assessing your current alignment and unique movement patterns, as well as orienting you on our STOTT apparatus. We are committed to providing a personalized approach to your needs.

We do not offer single drop in passes, as we believe that change happens with a consistent Pilates practice. Instead, we offer 5 and 10-pack options so that you can get the best experience and results from your practice.

Nope! We have water and towels in studio for your use, as well as some toiletries to use to freshen up after class.

Please wear clothing that you feel comfortable moving in. Clients are recommended to wear grip socks, or go bare feet within the studio, as regular socks can be slippery.

All our passes expire 12 months after purchase.

We kindly ask that you give us 24hrs notice for all Private, Group and Pre & Postnatal sessions so that we can reschedule you.
No-shows will be deducted a class pass, or charged 50% of the rate for Private and Semi-Private bookings.

To ensure safety in the studio, we ask that you leave your little one at home.

You will have to join at the beginning of the series, with a duration of 8 weeks.
Participation is based upon booking in for 5-10 class blocks with regular attendance to secure your weekly spot.

This class is suitable for all stages of pregnancy, with modifications and props available for your comfort,

You can join after clearance from a medical professional, but we recommend completing the Foundation series prior.
